Fortuna’s First Fridays, rebooted in 2022 by a committee of the Downtown Businesses known and loved on Main Street, worked to revive the beloved event stemming from the initial goal of bringing people to the shops in Downtown Fortuna while showcasing local artisans.

With the reboot, officially launching in June of 2022, the new Fortuna’s First Fridays bring on a local non-profit organization as the guest of the month to raise money and bring awareness to their actions in our community. June features the Fortuna Volunteer Fire Department, July honors our Veterans, and August raises funds for our Fortuna Police Depts K9 Dept. Be sure to come support local artists, musicians, and other non-profit charity organizations on Main Street and hosted in other shopfronts.
